Issues that I can help with....

Life can throw difficulties our way and we can experience traumatic or negative events.  This can happen at any age and can have an impact on how we cope in our day to day lives. There are lots of ways people can help themselves feel better and deal with stress or upset. This may include undertaking hobbies, talking to friends, taking a holiday.

 

Sometimes, however, these outlets may not be enough to sustain or gain positive emotional wellbeing. In these circumstances, talking to a trained psychologist can be a good option. This will give you the opportunity to talk about your difficulties confidentially, think about your goals for the future and work with the psychologist towards those goals.
