Online sessions are a really useful way to attend sessions if you would prefer to access therapy from home. Therapy online can also reduce travel costs and travel time. Some people find that this means sessions can slot into busy lives more easily.
For online sessions you need a stable internet connection, a PC/laptop, smartphone (with large screen) or tablet with a camera, and a quiet , private space to talk, where you are free from outside distractions.
